While living in Ohio, I always dreamed of warm breezes, blue oceans, and lush tropical settings. In 1977 I decided to make my dream of living in Hawaii a reality. After enjoying the unique flavors of living in many areas of Maui including the West side, Upcountry where I raised my family — I have now settled into Central Maui. While working extensively in South Maui where Coldwell Banker has their top office at the Shops of Wailea.
When I decided to enter into the real estate profession– I chose to pursue the resort area of real estate. Since then, I have specialized in vacation rentals, luxury properties, second homes, and investment properties. Although I have specialized in these areas, my experience of living and working on Maui and raising a family has given me a local perspective for all areas of Maui and also first time home buyers.
The business I have created has been based on two things; my love for Maui and the personal relationships I have built with clients. Through my local knowledge and hard work I earned the prestigious “Diamond Society” title for several years including 2013. The Diamond Society is reserved for Coldwell Banker agents who have sales in the top 12% internationally. I pride myself on the integrity and hard work that has built my business over the years.
